TDNet Update:

New England Journal of Medicine (Highwire Free Full Text) the free version of this through Highwire has limited access and requires registration. Thus, I'm requesting that TDNet remove the title, which they will as of October 1st. I'm having it taken off the list after repeated complaints about inability to access.

Rights Retention - I've noticed some EBSCO journals where even outside of an embargo period, I can't gain access to full text, because the full text for certain articles isn't there. EBSCO informs me that this is because in certain situations, the rights holder has refused to allow online access to the article.

Nature Biotechnology (EBSCO) This is an example of the rights retention problem mentioned above. I've added a note "coverage incomplete due to publisher restrictions."

Pediatric Emergency Care (OVID) - coverage 2000 - present, has been added to TDNet.

Journal of Family Practice (Publisher) - We no longer need username/password to access this. I've updated the coverage, removed the password information, and proxy prefix added.

Journal of Neuroscience (Publisher) - added to list, coverage updated to show 1981 to present, proxy prefix added.

Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism (Science Direct) removed from collection, no longer available.

Journal of BioEnergetics and Biomembranes - I have temporarily removed this title from the list as our access is not available. I'm checking on getting the access back up.

Journals of Gerontology: Series B: Psychological Sciences and Social Sciences (Publisher)- removed from TDNet, Our subscription to this resource has ended.

Coverage Updates:

Nursing Science Quarterly (Publisher) - corrected coverage to show 1999 - present. Publisher says we do not have access to anything prior.

Journal of Neurophysiology (Publisher) - we cancelled the electronic access to the title, I updated the coverage to show 1997 to 1 year ago.

SAGE journals - We have a number of journals from SAGE, while looking into a problem with one of those, the publisher informed me that our access to these should begin no earlier than 1999. I'm updating TDNet to show this.

Journal of Pediatric Psychology (Publisher) - coverage updated to show 1996 -present.

Journal of the National Medical Association (Publisher) - coverage updated to show 4/2006 - present. The publisher informs me that the back issues will be loaded as soon as they can get them in.

Other:

Journal of Molecular Medicine (InfoTrac) - Thomson Gale is loading coverage on a number of these journals, and so far, only one issue is available for this journal.

Molecular Imaging and Biology (Science Direct) - Our coverage of this journal ends as of 2004, when it was transferred to the Academy of Molecular Imaging, and is now hosted on Springer's website.
